- Item will be dispatched the Same Day (Bought Before 3:00PM) where possible or within 24 hours.
- Normal Delivery time is 2- 3 working days for delivery within United Kingdom with Royal Mail First Class Post.
- Royal Mail Second Class Post takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service.
If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products
You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. You can always return items if they are defective.

You must pay for the shipping to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes
